Who are the Stow-Munroe Falls Lions?
Lions Clubs are part of the Lions Club International organization. There are more than 1.4 million Lions Club members around the world, all with the mission to empower club members, volunteers and partners to improve health and wellbeing, strengthen our communities and support those in need through humanitarian services. Lions enjoy fellowship while helping to make their individual communities a better place to live, work and play. Our motto is "We Serve"!
Each club consists of members who dedicate part of their free time to help those in need in their community. The Stow Lions Club was chartered in 1939 and merged with the Munroe Falls Lions in 2004. Our club is the oldest civic organization in Stow and Munroe Falls.
Your participation in our fundraising projects allows us to continue our mission here in Stow and Munroe Falls. We are very appreciative of your support. Please see Community Projects to view the types of services and activities the Lions provide to our communities.

Where do you Meet?
The Stow-Munroe Falls Lions Club meets every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 6:30 pm. Our current meeting location is the Stow Community Church, 1567 Pilgrim Drive in Stow. Please check our Faceback page to confirm the meeting location.
The
second meeting of the month we generally have a guest speaker on a
variety of topics affecting our service area. The meetings are casual,
informative and usually entertaining.
What is Expected of Members?
Members are asked to attend meetings to plan and conduct business.
We typically have a guest speaker during the second meeting of the month. Topics vary and usually cover subjects affecting our service area. The meetings are casual, informative and usually entertaining. They typically last between one and one and one-half hours.
Being a Lion is a great opportunity to get to know
and develop personal and professional relationships with people within our
communities. We understand your priorities and how precious your time is today.
For this reason, many of our activities are events in which the entire family
may participate, and our activities are planned to fit many schedules.
What are the costs?
Stow-Munroe Falls Lions Club has annual dues of $88, which can be made in two installments. Additional Lions swag may be purchased through the International Lions Club shop.

Are you passionate about what we're doing? Let us know! We are always looking for new members to help us make our vision a reality. We'll help you find a way to volunteer that best suits you. We're excited to have you join the team!
Membership within our service organization provides men and women the opportunity to not only serve their community, but to grow professionally and individually.
